Parking garage entrance is serviced by 18' feet wide garage door
with two way traffic. All parking is located in the garage, there's no
exterior parking at the property.
Each unit has two parking spaces in the garage - one deeded and one floating (except unit 203). Floating spaces can only be used with permit issued by the
Jefferson Landing Condominium Association. Permitted spaces are unassigned
and used on first come first serve basis for permit holders. Parked vehicles
are required to display parking permit in the windshield. Parking permit can
be used for visitor parking or can be rented out to others. Diagrams on this
page, show deeded parking spaces in yellow and floating parking spaces in blue.
Unit 203 has two deeded parking spaces and one floating.
Four floating spaces are also designated and marked as visitor spaces
and one space is designated and marked for Handicap use.
